Single-family homes in communities such as Dorchester Terrace, Ardmore and Windsor start under $100,000. Prices range up to $4 million and more for large estate properties and stately mansions with swimming pools and luscious landscaping in communities including Riverland Terrace, Harleston Village and South of Broad. Waterfront properties with views are in abundance. Land and lots are also available for custom building.
